Los Angeles Angels
The Los Angeles Angels are an American League expansion franchise that began play in 1961. The team was known as the California Angels from 1965 through 1996, the Anaheim Angels from 1997 through 2004, and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim from 2005 through 2015.
